  1. Design and implement network infrastructure solutions to meet business requirements and optimize performance.
  2. Lead and manage a team of network engineers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  3. Develop and maintain network standards, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and security.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues, working closely with cross-functional teams.
  5. Conduct regular network assessments and provide recommendations for improvements.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in network technology to identify opportunities for innovation.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to understand business needs and provide technical expertise and solutions.
  8. Lead the planning and execution of network upgrades and migrations.
  9. Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of services and products.
  10. Mentor and train junior network engineers to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
  11. Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for critical issues.
  12. Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards.
  13. Document network configurations and changes for future reference.
  14. Continuously monitor and analyze network performance, proactively identifying and implementing solutions to improve efficiency.
  15. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates on network projects and initiatives.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Network Engineering: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Network Engineering, With A Proven Track Record Of Designing, Implementing, And Maintaining Large-Scale Networks.
