  2. Lead and collaborate with a team of talented engineers to design and maintain critical infrastructure systems.
  3. Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure issues to ensure optimal performance and availability.
  4. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
  5. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and provide technical guidance and support.
  6. Develop and maintain detailed documentation of infrastructure systems and processes.
  7. Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify potential risks and make recommendations for improvements.
  8. Manage and prioritize infrastructure projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  9. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior members of the infrastructure team.
  10. Participate in on-call rotation and provide 24/7 support when necessary.
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
  12. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and security standards.
  13. Continuously monitor and analyze system performance, identifying and addressing areas for improvement.
  14. Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and management to provide regular updates on infrastructure projects and initiatives.
  15. Proactively identify opportunities for automation and optimization to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • 7+ Years Of Experience In Infrastructure Engineering, With A Focus On Networking, Systems Administration, And Cloud Technologies.

  • Experience Leading And Managing A Team Of Infrastructure Engineers, With A Strong Understanding Of Project Management Principles.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Industry Best Practices And Emerging Technologies In Infrastructure Engineering, Including Virtualization, Automation, And Security.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
