Lead Information Security Engineer

In addition, this person should have strong communication and interpersonal skills in order to work with different teams within the organization. Strong organizational and management skills are a must.

Responsibilities:

1. Identify security threats and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
2. Monitor and evaluate existing security protocols and systems for compliance with best practices.
3. Develop and implement security solutions to protect data and assets.
4. Provide technical advice and guidance to other teams within the organization.
5. Keep up to date with the latest security technologies and trends.
6. Research, analyze and report on security incidents.
7. Develop security policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
8. Train and mentor other team members on security protocols and procedures.
9. Manage security projects and ensure timely delivery.
10. Assist in creating and maintaining disaster recovery plans.
