Job Description

Wells Fargo is looking for an experienced and innovative Lead Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. The successful candidate will have a passion for people management, be an excellent communicator, and have the ability to think strategically while leading a team of Human Resources professionals. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 8 years of Human Resources experience, with at least 5 years of experience in a Lead role. The successful candidate will also have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, and a Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred. The Lead Human Resources Business Partner will also have a track record of successfully partnering with business leaders to drive organizational objectives and initiatives.This is a unique opportunity to join a world-class organization and help shape the future of Human Resources at Wells Fargo.
