Lead Fraud Data Science Analyst

The ideal candidate for this position will possess a strong aptitude for analytical problem-solving and an understanding of the fundamentals of data science. They will have a proven track record in managing and leading complex, data-driven projects and have a deep understanding of fraud detection methodologies, particularly as they relate to banking and financial services. Additionally, the Lead Fraud Data Science Analyst should have excellent communication and collaboration skills to ensure successful implementation of projects. The successful candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, data science, statistics, or a related field• 5+ years of experience in fraud detection, analytics, or data science• Strong knowledge of machine learning, predictive analytics, and data mining• Experience with SQL, Python, and other programming languages• Experience working with large datasets and data mining techniques• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and timelines• Knowledge of fraud mitigation strategies and techniques
