Job Description

Wells Fargo is looking for a highly motivated and innovative Lead Digital Product Owner for our Scrum Team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the development of digital products from concept to launch, with a focus on delivering customer value.The ideal candidate should possess exceptional communication and collaboration skills, and have a passion for creating user-friendly experiences. You should also be a demonstrated leader who can motivate cross-functional teams to achieve stellar results.We require a minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, product design, or development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred. Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the development of digital products from concept to launch, ensuring value is delivered to customers.
  2. Create user-friendly experiences with exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
  3. Motivate cross-functional teams to achieve stellar results.
  4. Utilize Agile/Scrum methodology, waterfall methodology, and digital product management tools.
  5. Develop product roadmaps and manage products throughout their lifecycle.
  6. Monitor product performance and identify areas for improvement.
  7. Collaborate with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to develop innovative solutions.
  8. Research industry trends and best practices in order to bring new ideas to the team.
  9. Develop and manage project timelines and budgets.
  10. Provide feedback and guidance to team members.
