- Develop and implement a comprehensive compliance program for complaint handling, ensuring that all customer complaints are addressed in a timely and effective manner.
- Monitor and review customer complaints to identify potential compliance issues and take corrective action as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to complaint handling and ensure that the company is in compliance.
- Train and educate employees on complaint handling protocols and compliance requirements, ensuring that all staff members understand their roles and responsibilities.
- Serve as the main point of contact for regulatory agencies and internal auditors, providing them with accurate and timely information related to complaint handling processes and procedures.
- Lead a team of compliance officers, providing guidance and support to ensure that all complaints are handled in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to assess the effectiveness of the complaint handling process and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, to promote a culture of compliance and ensure that all complaints are addressed in an ethical and responsible manner.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Legal and Risk Management, to ensure that all complaints are handled in a coordinated and efficient manner.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management and regulatory agencies on complaint handling activities, including trends, findings, and recommendations for improvement.
