
Lead Compliance Officer

This person will be responsible for ensuring our compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, as well as keeping up to date on industry changes and developments.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in a compliance role, preferably in a financial services setting. They should have strong knowledge of banking regulations and a thorough understanding of the Financial Services industry. Experience in a supervisory role is a plus, as is a degree in a related field. The Lead Compliance Officer must be able to work independently and be highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and effectively manage multiple projects. They must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
