Lead Communications Consultant – Customer Communications Writer

We are looking for a Lead Communications Consultant – Customer Communications Writer to join Wells Fargo’s Communications team to create, develop, and maintain high-quality customer communications. The ideal candidate will have experience in corporate communications, a passion for creating meaningful content, and an ability to think outside the box. The successful candidate for this role will have a Bachelor’s degree in Communications or a related field, a minimum of 5 years’ experience in corporate communications, and a proven track record of creating effective customer communication pieces. Additionally, they will have excellent writing and editing skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner. They should also possess excellent people and project management skills, the ability to work independently, and a strong customer service mindset.
