  1. Develop and implement cloud data protection strategies to ensure the security of Wells Fargo's sensitive information.
  2. Lead and manage a team of engineers responsible for implementing and maintaining data protection measures on the cloud.
  3. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies related to cloud data protection and make recommendations for improvement.
  4. Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability scans to identify potential threats and mitigate them.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security controls and protocols to safeguard data on the cloud.
  6. Monitor and analyze security logs and alerts to identify any security incidents and respond to them in a timely manner.
  7. Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity in the event of a data breach or cyber attack.
  8. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with data protection regulations and internal policies.
  9. Provide guidance and training to other team members on best practices for cloud data protection.
  10. Collaborate with third-party vendors to evaluate and implement new security solutions and tools.
  11. Communicate updates on security threats and incidents to upper management and stakeholders.
  12. Conduct regular trainings and awareness programs to educate employees on data security best practices.
  13. Continuously review and improve data protection processes and procedures to ensure the highest level of security.
  14. Maintain documentation and reports related to data protection activities for regulatory compliance.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert and represent the company in external meetings and conferences related to cloud data protection.
