- Lead a team of application support engineers in day-to-day operations, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure high-quality performance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business partners, vendors, and internal IT teams.
- Oversee the resolution of complex technical issues and incidents, ensuring timely and effective escalation and resolution.

Extensive Technical Knowledge And Experience: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Application Support Processes And Tools, As Well As A Strong Background In Software Development And Troubleshooting.
