Job Description

At Wells Fargo, we are looking for an experienced and passionate Information Security Analyst - User Access to join our Information Security team. This position is responsible for the management of user access, with the primary focus on supporting the security and governance of the systems, data and applications. The successful candidate should be meticulous, have strong problem-solving skills, and demonstrate a commitment to security protocols.The ideal candidate for this role should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field, along with 3-5 years of experience in an information security role, preferably in banking. Experience in user access management, including authentication, authorization, identity and access management, and system access control, is essential. The candidate should have knowledge of current security standards, as well as knowledge of security best practices and procedures. Additionally, they must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with all levels of the organization.We are looking for someone who can work collaboratively with team members, is enthusiastic about learning and development, and has a passion for information security.
