- Develop and implement independent testing strategies and plans to ensure the quality and integrity of Wells Fargo's products and services.
- Conduct risk assessments and identify areas for improvement in processes and procedures.
- Lead a team of testing professionals and provide guidance and support to ensure timely and accurate completion of testing activities.

Extensive Experience In Software Testing: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Software Testing, With A Strong Understanding Of Manual And Automated Testing Processes.
Leadership Skills: As A Senior Manager, The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Motivate A Team Of Testers To Achieve High-Quality Results Within Tight Timelines.
Strong Knowledge Of Testing Methodologies: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Testing Methodologies Such As Agile, Waterfall, And Devops, And Have The Ability To Adapt To Different Project Requirements.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: The Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Communicate With Stakeholders And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams To Ensure Smooth Testing Processes.
