Job Description

Lead the strategic planning process and development of long-range strategic plans for Consumer Digital, consistent with Wells Fargo's strategic planning process. Lead and develop a team of people that will be responsible for analyzing and understanding industry trends. Partner with external firms to understand trends in mobile and digital banking. Provide thought leadership to identify opportunities to improve on the digital client experience. Partner with peers to build out specific digital strategic plans across the multiple lines of consumer business. Collaborate with and influence all levels of professionals, including peers and more experienced leadership. Partner closely with the management of Finance and Human Resources to manage allocation of people and budget in alignment with strategy. Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy.
