- Identify and analyze potential fraudulent activities on customer accounts.
- Initiate and process fraud and claims cases in a timely and accurate manner.
- Investigate and gather evidence to support fraud and claims cases.
- Communicate with customers to verify transactions and gather necessary information for fraud and claims cases.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures related to fraud and claims operations.
