Job Description

Are you an experienced Escalation Manager who is looking for an opportunity to make an impact? Wells Fargo is currently seeking an Escalation Manager who is organized, detail-oriented, and has excellent problem-solving and customer service skills. The ideal candidate will be passionate about finding solutions for customer inquiries and have a strong ability to think outside the box.To be successful in this role, the Escalation Manager must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or banking environment, with a focus on customer escalations. The successful candidate must possess a friendly and professional manner, good communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure. The Escalation Manager must also be able to handle challenging customer service escalations with the utmost professionalism, while maintaining a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage customer inquiries and escalations with professionalism and a positive attitude.
  2. Stay informed of customer service best practices and employ them while handling customer inquiries.
  3. Utilize problem-solving and critical thinking skills to quickly resolve customer escalations.
  4. Understand the Wells Fargo customer service policies and procedures and follow them accordingly.
  5. Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills while interacting with customers.
  6. Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while interacting with customers.
  7. Follow up on customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions.
  8. Provide feedback to management regarding customer service escalations and customer service process improvements.
  9. Maintain accurate records of customer escalations and interactions.
  10. Multi-task and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
