Job Description

Wells Fargo is looking for an experienced Escalation Manager to join our team! We are seeking a highly motivated professional with the ability to lead a team and handle complex customer issues. As an Escalation Manager, you will be responsible for managing and resolving customer complaints in a timely manner. You must have strong customer service skills, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, and the ability to think critically and work well under pressure. Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and motivate a team of customer service representatives to ensure customer complaints are being addressed in a timely and effective manner.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service processes and efficiency.
  3. Monitor customer feedback and complaints to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  4. Handle complex customer inquiries and complaints and provide timely resolution.
  5. Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  6. Develop training programs and materials for customer service representatives.
  7. Create and maintain customer service metrics and standards to ensure customer service excellence.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  9. Ensure customer service policies and procedures are followed.
  10. Track customer service performance and provide regular reports to management.
