Job Description

At Wells Fargo, we are looking for a well-rounded and experienced Escalation Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be handling customer escalations, managing customer disputes, and partnering with operations teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background and be able to communicate effectively and efficiently. You should be highly organized, have an eye for detail, and be able to quickly resolve customer escalations.The Escalation Manager is responsible for customer escalations and disputes. You will work with operations teams to ensure resolutions are implemented quickly and accurately. To be successful in this role, you must have strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. You should also have experience in customer service and be able to manage customer escalations in a timely and efficient manner.We are looking for someone who is motivated and passionate about providing customers with an excellent experience. Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to customer escalations in a timely and effective manner.
  2. Work with operations teams to ensure customer resolutions are implemented quickly and accurately.
  3. Maintain customer service records and track customer escalations.
  4. Monitor customer service operations and communicate any issues or concerns to the appropriate parties.
  5. Proactively identify and resolve customer disputes.
  6. Provide support and guidance to operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  7. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service.
  8. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas of improvement.
  9. Develop and implement customer service strategies to improve customer experience.
  10. Remain up to date on industry best practices and trends.
