
Escalation Manager

You should be highly organized, have an eye for detail, and be able to quickly resolve customer escalations.The Escalation Manager is responsible for customer escalations and disputes. You will work with operations teams to ensure resolutions are implemented quickly and accurately. To be successful in this role, you must have strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer escalations in a timely and effective manner.
- Work with operations teams to ensure customer resolutions are implemented quickly and accurately.
- Maintain customer service records and track customer escalations.
- Monitor customer service operations and communicate any issues or concerns to the appropriate parties.
- Proactively identify and resolve customer disputes.
- Provide support and guidance to operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas of improvement.
- Develop and implement customer service strategies to improve customer experience.
- Remain up to date on industry best practices and trends.
