Responsibilities:

  1. Handle customer escalations in a professional and timely manner.
  2. Utilize problem-solving skills to accurately identify and resolve customer issues.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to prevent customer escalations.
  5. Track and report customer feedback to improve service delivery.
  6. Monitor customer service metrics and recommend improvements.
  7. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure operational excellence.
  8. Utilize excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
  9. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
  10. Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned.
