
Employee Relations Manager
Wells Fargo is seeking an experienced and motivated Employee Relations Manager to join our Human Resources team. This role requires a self-starter with a commitment to excellence and a strong track record of providing exemplary customer service. In this role, the Employee Relations Manager will be responsible for developing and administering employee relations programs and policies. They will also be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and resolving employee relations issues. As a key member of the Human Resources team, the Employee Relations Manager will be responsible for proactively identifying and resolving issues to ensure a positive employee relations environment.To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field, at least five years of experience in employee relations and/or human resources, and a proven ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, the ideal candidate should possess strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Responsibilities of the Employee Relations Manager:
- Develop and administer employee relations programs and policies.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve employee relations issues.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure a positive employee relations environment.
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor compliance with applicable state and federal laws.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employee relations best practices.
- Prepare and present reports on employee relations activities.
- Provide guidance and assistance to managers and employees on employee relations matters.
- Facilitate dispute resolution and conflict management.
- Create and maintain employee relations documentation.
