
Employee Relations Analyst

- Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on various employee relations issues, including but not limited to performance management, conflict resolution, and workplace conduct.
- Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints, concerns, and conflicts, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as applicable employment laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with HR business partners and legal counsel to develop and implement effective employee relations strategies and programs.
- Analyze employee relations data and trends to identify areas of improvement and make recommendations to management for enhancing employee engagement and retention.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and providing guidance to managers and employees.
- Facilitate interactive training sessions on topics related to employee relations, such as harassment prevention, diversity and inclusion, and conflict resolution.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with employees at all levels of the organization, promoting a culture of respect and inclusivity.
- Stay current on industry best practices and trends in employee relations, and make recommendations for process improvements and updates to company policies.
- Act as a mediator in employee disputes, using effective communication and conflict resolution techniques to promote positive outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and documentation related to employee relations matters.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Employee Relations, Preferably In A Large Corporate Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Laws And Regulations.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Resolve Conflicts.
Experience Conducting Investigations And Providing Guidance On Disciplinary Actions And Performance Management.
