Strong Knowledge Of Banking Regulations And Compliance Requirements.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Developing Teams To Achieve Business Objectives.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Colleagues At All Levels.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field. Mba Or Advanced Degree Preferred.
