Data Management & Insights (DMI) is transforming the way that Wells Fargo uses and manages data. Participates in all agile scrum ceremonies including daily scrum, grooming, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings. Writes requirements to define data in motion controls, and data at rest rules for developers, and creates SQL to validate requirements have been met. Works with developers to understand current state data flow, database structures, and creates diagrams to document. Create presentations to explain issues, options, plans and ensuing best practices in PowerPoint and Visio. Create and deliver training for new hires, and on existing or new work efforts. Ensure adherence to enterprise data management and data governance regulations and policies.
