Job Description

Responds to routine to moderately complex inquiries and issues from customers regarding financial products and services through a variety of channels (for example but not limited to: phone, text, chat, video chat, etc.). Answers inquiries, resolves problems, and provides a best-in-class customer experience while adhering to work guidelines, policies, and regulations. Uses verbal and/or written communication skills to handle customer interactions. Assesses customer needs and offers products or services as appropriate. Performs research to resolve moderately complex customer problems including communicating with other departments to resolve customer issues. Refers more difficult issues to more senior representatives. May be responsible for coaching new hires and less experienced team members. May support the roll-out of new business initiatives and assists with onboarding.
