
Customer Resolution Representative
We are seeking a dedicated and highly motivated Customer Resolution Representative to join the Wells Fargo team. - Document customer inquiries and resolutions in the appropriate customer database.
- Utilize customer feedback to improve customer service operations.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure customer inquiries are addressed quickly and efficiently.
- Remain up-to-date on new products and services offered by Wells Fargo.
- Provide guidance and assistance to customers with product and service inquiries.
- Assist in the development of customer service best practices.
