Control Management Specialist

Wells Fargo is looking for a Control Management Specialist to join our team and help ensure our organization’s compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and corporate policies and procedures. Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and corporate policies and procedures is a must. Exceptional communication, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills are also essential.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement control management processes to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and corporate policies and procedures.
2. Monitor and audit the control management process to identify potential areas of risk and recommend corrective action when necessary.
3. Provide guidance to all levels of the organization on control management best practices.
4. Develop and maintain control management documentation and records.
5. Analyze business processes and procedures for potential areas of improvement or risk.
6. Monitor the implementation of control management processes and ensure compliance.
7. Collaborate and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with control management processes.
8. Develop and implement training programs to ensure all personnel understand the control management process.
9. Respond to internal inquiries and inquiries from external regulatory bodies regarding control management issues.
10. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and corporate policies and procedures.
