  1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to compliance.
  2. Conduct regular audits and reviews to assess the organization's compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  3. Collaborate with various teams across the organization to identify potential areas of non-compliance and develop solutions to mitigate risk.
  4. Advise and provide guidance to management and employees on compliance matters.
  5. Monitor and review internal policies and procedures to ensure they align with regulatory requirements.
  6. Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations and communicate any updates to relevant stakeholders.
  7. Respond to inquiries and investigations from regulatory agencies.
  8. Develop and deliver compliance training programs to promote a culture of compliance and ethical practices.
  9. Conduct investigations and implement corrective actions as needed to address compliance issues.
  10. Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory agencies in a timely and accurate manner.
  11. Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors and regulatory agencies.
  12. Stay informed about industry best practices and proactively identify opportunities for improvement in the organization's compliance processes.
  13. Maintain accurate and organized records of compliance activities and findings.
  14. Continuously monitor and assess the effectiveness of the organization's compliance program and make recommendations for improvement.
  15. Uphold the organization's values and code of conduct, promoting a culture of integrity and ethical behavior.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Compliance Or Regulatory Compliance.

  • Strong Understanding Of Relevant Laws, Regulations, And Industry Standards Related To Banking And Financial Services.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Interpret And Apply Complex Regulations.

  • Effective Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Collaborate With Various Stakeholders And Effectively Communicate Compliance Issues And Recommendations.
