Compliance Officer

This position will be responsible for ensuring that the organization is compliant with applicable laws and regulations. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, a self-starter, and has a strong desire to learn and develop in the field of compliance.The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field, and at least 3 years of experience in a compliance-related role. Experience in financial services, banking, and/or regulatory compliance is highly preferred. The candidate must possess strong working knowledge of financial regulations and have the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions. The Compliance Officer must demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be comfortable working independently and as part of a team. The candidate must also have a high-level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
