Communications Lead, Technology Infrastructure
Serve as a trusted communications advisor and strategic counselor to Technology Infrastructure leaders. Develop and execute internal, external, and executive communications strategies for Technology Infrastructure leaders and priority work coming out of the Technology Infrastructure organization, with the aim of promoting and protecting Wells Fargo’s reputation, engaging stakeholders, and advancing employee engagement. Advise Technology Infrastructure leaders on communications strategies to drive business priorities Create communications strategies, plans and content, including messaging, internal memos, intranet articles, press releases, and talking points. Partner with other Communications teams to ensure alignment of communications strategies and messaging in support of the corporate reputation. Develop change management plans that will be effective in the adoption of transformational change across the organization.
10+ years of Information Technology in support of Business Services experience
5+ years of experience creating, managing and executing communication strategies
Experience driving organizational change in a dynamic environment
Experience developing and executing communication strategies by collaborating with large, matrixed teams
Experience developing, managing, and leading internal business communication strategies within a corporate environment
