  1. Manage a portfolio of commercial clients, including maintaining relationships, monitoring account activity, and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  2. Provide strategic financial advice to clients, utilizing knowledge of banking products and industry trends to help them achieve their financial goals.
  3. Collaborate with other team members and departments to deliver customized solutions to meet the unique needs of each client.
  4. Conduct thorough credit analysis and risk assessments to ensure sound decision-making and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  5. Act as a primary point of contact for clients, responding promptly to inquiries and addressing any concerns or issues in a professional and timely manner.
  6. Stay updated on market trends and changes in the commercial banking industry, and use this knowledge to inform and guide clients towards successful financial decisions.
  7. Meet or exceed established sales and performance targets, contributing to the overall success and growth of the Commercial Banking division.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, transactions, and portfolio performance.
  9. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and mitigating risk.
  10. Continuously strive to enhance the client experience, offering exceptional customer service and building strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Commercial Banking Or Related Role

  • Strong Understanding Of Financial Analysis And Risk Management Principles

  • Proven Track Record In Managing And Growing A Commercial Loan Portfolio

  • Excellent Communication And Relationship Building Skills With Clients And Internal Stakeholders
