Job Description

We're looking for an experienced and highly motivated Client Onboarding & Lifecycle Transformation Consultant to join the Wells Fargo team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the lifecycle transformation initiatives for our clients, driving change and engagement strategies across the organization, and driving the successful onboarding of our clients.We're seeking a team player with a passion for consulting and transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have the ability to think strategically and act tactically, with a long-term focus on the success of our clients. The successful candidate will have:• 5+ years of experience in a related field such as project management, consultative sales, or client onboarding• A proven track record in successful transformation initiatives• A strong understanding of the customer lifecycle and customer experience• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills• A high degree of organization and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously• An understanding of the financial services industryIf you're looking for a career opportunity that will challenge you to think strategically and act with a customer-first mindset, this position is perfect for you.
