  1. Identify and assess the developmental needs of early career employees within the organization.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
  3. Collaborate with business units to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on best practices for early career development.
  4. Serve as a mentor and coach for early career employees, providing guidance and support for their professional growth.
  5. Design and facilitate training and development programs for early career employees.
  6. Analyze data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of the early careers program and make recommendations for improvement.
  7. Build relationships with internal stakeholders to understand business goals and align early career development initiatives with these goals.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in early career development to continuously improve the program.
  9. Foster a culture of diversity and inclusion by promoting equal opportunities for all early career employees.
  10. Lead and manage projects related to early career development, and effectively communicate progress and results to senior leadership.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Project Management Or Consulting, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Develop And Implement Effective Business Strategies

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams
