
Branch Support Manager

- Lead and develop a team of branch support staff to ensure they are providing exceptional customer service at all times
- Collaborate with branch managers to identify and address customer service issues and implement solutions to improve overall service
- Serve as a role model for exceptional customer service, providing guidance and training to branch staff on best practices
- Monitor branch performance and provide regular feedback and coaching to improve customer service standards
- Develop and implement training programs to continuously improve the skills and knowledge of branch support staff
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and customer service best practices to identify areas for improvement and implement new strategies
- Act as a liaison between branch support staff and upper management, communicating any concerns or issues that may arise
- Proactively identify potential customer service issues and work with branch teams to address and resolve them in a timely manner
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and a customer-centric mindset
- Participate in hiring and onboarding processes for new branch support staff members, ensuring they are trained and equipped to provide exceptional customer service.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Banking Or Financial Services, With At Least 2 Years In A Managerial Role
Strong Leadership Skills And Proven Ability To Manage And Develop A Team
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Clients And Colleagues At All Levels
In-Depth Knowledge Of Bank Products, Services, And Regulations, With A Track Record Of Ensuring Compliance And Managing Risk Effectively.
