  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to meet business goals and drive growth for the branch.
  2. Lead and manage a team of employees, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  3. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and employee development.
  4. Ensure exceptional customer service is provided to all clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
  5. Oversee the daily operations of the branch, including cash management, compliance, and risk management.
  6. Monitor branch performance and make necessary adjustments to achieve financial targets.
  7. Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, provide updates, and gather feedback.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to make informed decisions and stay ahead in the market.
  9. Serve as an ambassador for the company, promoting its products and services.
  10. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  11. Collaborate with other branch managers and senior management to share best practices and drive company-wide initiatives.
  12. Prepare and present reports on branch performance and achievements to senior management.
  13. Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
  15. Maintain a high level of professionalism and act as a role model for the team.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Customers And Stakeholders.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Banking Or Financial Services Industry, With At Least 2 Years In A Supervisory Or Managerial Role.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Proven Ability To Motivate And Manage A Team Towards Achieving Sales And Performance Targets.

  • Comprehensive Understanding Of Banking Regulations And Compliance Requirements, With A Track Record Of Ensuring Adherence And Mitigating Risk.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or Related Field Preferred. Additional Certifications Such As Certified Financial Planner (Cfp) Or Certified Treasury Professional (Ctp) Are A Plus.
