Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Customers And Stakeholders.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Banking Or Financial Services Industry, With At Least 2 Years In A Supervisory Or Managerial Role.
Strong Leadership Skills And Proven Ability To Motivate And Manage A Team Towards Achieving Sales And Performance Targets.
Comprehensive Understanding Of Banking Regulations And Compliance Requirements, With A Track Record Of Ensuring Adherence And Mitigating Risk.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or Related Field Preferred. Additional Certifications Such As Certified Financial Planner (Cfp) Or Certified Treasury Professional (Ctp) Are A Plus.
