- Lead and manage a team of employees in the Midwest Charlotte District to ensure excellent customer service and achieve business growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Create a positive and collaborative work environment to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their full potential.
- Foster a customer-centric culture within the branch, ensuring all employees are trained and equipped to deliver exceptional service.
- Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics, such as sales targets and customer feedback, and take necessary actions to achieve desired results.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, community partners, and corporate leadership.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or Related Field.
