Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Retail Banking Or Financial Services, With At Least 2 Years In A Leadership Role.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Customers And Employees.
Proven Track Record Of Achieving Sales Goals And Managing A Successful Team.
