This individual must possess a positive attitude and a friendly demeanor while serving customers and providing solutions to meet their needs. The Associate Personal Banker must be an excellent communicator and have the ability to build relationships with customers.The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate a high level of professionalism and accuracy in all aspects of customer service, sales and banking operations. They must also have a strong understanding of banking regulations and compliance requirements.Previous banking experience is preferred but not required; however, the candidate must have a thorough understanding of financial products and services and the ability to explain the features and benefits to customers.
