Responsibilities: • Greet customers in a courteous and professional manner • Understand customer needs through thorough conversations • Provide customers with advice on financial services and products • Explain banking regulations and procedures • Process transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments • Assist customers with online banking and other related services • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner • Assist with the training and development of new staff members • Maintain a high level of customer service at all times • Update customer information in the bank's system • Follow bank policies and procedures • Stay up to date with current banking trends and regulations
