Associate Personal Banker

We are looking for a passionate, motivated Associate Personal Banker to join the Wells Fargo team. The ideal candidate will have a customer-service oriented attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond in order to provide excellent customer service.To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following qualifications: a high school diploma or equivalent; two years of experience in the financial services industry, preferably in a customer service role; strong written and verbal communication skills; a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service; and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other banking systems.In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on your customers’ financial lives by introducing them to Wells Fargo products and services that meet their needs. You will be responsible for helping customers open new accounts, process deposits and withdrawals, and answer any questions they may have. Additionally, you will have the chance to build relationships with customers and truly become a trusted advisor.

Responsibilities: -Greeting and assisting customers in person and over the phone -Opening new accounts and processing deposits, withdrawals, and transfers -Providing exceptional customer service in order to build relationships with customers -Introducing customers to Wells Fargo products and services that meet their needs -Answering customer questions and resolving any issues they may have -Updating customer records in banking systems -Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions -Adhering to banking regulations and procedures
