Job Description

Wells Fargo is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Associate Personal Banker to join our team! In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service while helping customers manage their finances and reach their financial goals. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop a deep understanding of Wells Fargo’s products and services in order to advise customers on the best solutions for their financial needs.
  2. Create and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service and personalized advice.
  3. Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to customer inquiries and resolving customer service issues in a timely manner.
  4. Monitor customer accounts and proactively identify opportunities to help customers reach their financial goals.
  5. Accurately process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers and loan payments.
  6. Maintain a thorough knowledge of financial regulations, compliance policies, and security procedures.
  7. Participate in the development and implementation of customer service initiatives.
  8. Cross-sell bank products and services to existing customers.
  9. Provide support to other team members as needed.
