Associate Personal Banker

Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner and build relationships with them.
2. Assist customers with their financial needs, including opening new accounts, making deposits and withdrawals, and processing loan applications.
3. Provide exceptional customer service by responding quickly to customer inquiries and complaints.
4. Offer solutions to customer concerns and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
5. Follow all banking regulations and procedures.
6. Perform basic cash handling duties, including counting money and accurately processing transactions.
7. Monitor customer accounts and keep records of customer interactions.
8. Stay up-to-date with banking products, services, and regulations.
9. Work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
10. Assist with other tasks such as marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.
