2. Analyze customer data and financial information to identify potential fraudulent activities.
3. Investigate and resolve customer claims related to fraud and other financial irregularities.
4. Negotiate with customers to resolve disputes quickly and efficiently.
5. Utilize banking, financial services, and fraud prevention practices when applicable.
6. Create and maintain detailed records of customer interactions and account activities.
7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective fraud prevention processes.
8. Monitor and report suspicious activities to management.
9. Stay up-to-date with current fraud prevention techniques and regulations.
10. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
