- Provide analytical support for the Home Lending Capital Markets division of Wells Fargo.
- Utilize data analysis and strategic thinking skills to identify trends and opportunities for the business.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to improve business performance.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis on market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform decision-making.
- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business planning and budgeting processes.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and other key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the technology team to enhance data infrastructure and tools for improved analysis and reporting.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure the team is utilizing the most effective analytics techniques.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Drive continuous improvement efforts within the team to enhance processes, tools, and methodologies.
Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Analytics And Data Management, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Capital Markets And Mortgage Lending Products, Including Securitization, Hedging, And Risk Management.
Expertise In Statistical Analysis And Data Modeling, With Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Sql, Python, Or R.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing A Team Of Analysts, With The Ability To Mentor And Develop Junior Team Members.
Excellent Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present Complex Data And Insights To Senior Stakeholders And Business Leaders.
