Analytics Manager - Monitoring Analytics

Identify and implement a data-driven, consistent process of monitoring and surveillance for branch activities, with a particular emphasis on sales practices and operational risk. Responsible for all aspects of rolling out detection and monitoring strategies across CSBB, including but not limited to project management, requirements gathering, development, testing and implementation, documentation and adherence to all governance routines. Collaborate with the front-line business and control teams provide monitoring and surveillance solutions in response to highly visible Issue Management. Build a high performing team of consultants by leading globally diverse employees through critical deliverables with a continuous focus on project prioritization and resource optimization, while also focusing on attracting, developing, and retaining top talent. Plan, coordinate, and execute Analytic/Data solutions that support each of the different lines of business within a major Wells Fargo business divisions.
