Job Description

Create a consistent transformation brand and agile comms and engagement strategy. Define a leadership development competency profile and improvement model. Engage middle mgmt on transformation solutions and strategy. Revamp the performance management patterns to align to Agile principles (i.e. team level MBOs). Develop recruitment strategies to build talent of the future. Influence the sub-lob organizations to invest in sustainable Agile transformation and practices. Ensure the transformation practice is consistent, responsive, thorough and customer centric in delivery. Conduct analysis / feedback loop on the effectiveness of the transformation. Advocates for all levels of the transformation (practitioners through senior leadership / OC member). Is a WF brand ambassador. Organizes / facilitates aile events for maximum impact.

Job Qualifications

  • 10+ years of Information Technology in support of Business Services experience

  • 6+ Years of Large Scale Transformation Experience – High preference for Banking Experience

  • Proven strategic, analytic, and problem-solving experience, applied to creating business value

  • Strong, self-motivated individual with the ability to “Lead” as well as “Lift”
