Lead Application Analyst

Lead and influence a team of matrixed resources across Wellmark Technology to effectively plan for and manage the application multiyear maintenance and support plans for highly integrated/complex applications. Leads the effort to maintain documentation and evaluate software changes in functionality and technology in order to ensure business objectives are met while risk to the current environments and Wellmark is managed. Provide technical guidance and coordinate of system implementations and upgrades. Proactively monitor systems availability performance and capacity and advise leadership of system health. Assist in the research, evaluation, and selection of technology solutions that are compliant with Wellmark's adopted standards allowing integration into the existing environments with minimal impact to users.In support of production/application systems, provide application expertise to support project investments. Provide system availability, performance expectations and capacity requirements.
