Job Description

Do you have a passion for financial analysis and a drive to advance your career? Webster Bank is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our team and help us reach our goals. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and strategic support to the organization. You will be expected to provide daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to the senior leadership team, as well as providing guidance on financial decisions.To be successful in this role, you should have a bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, with at least five years of experience in financial analysis. You should have a working knowledge of financial and accounting principles and processes, and be able to analyze data and prepare financial reports. Furthermore, you should be highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.If you are highly motivated and have a passion for financial analysis, we’d love to hear from you!
