Relationship Manager, CRE

We are searching for an experienced and motivated Relationship Manager for Commercial Real Estate (CRE) at Webster Bank. If you have a passion for CRE and demonstrated success in relationship management, we want to hear from you! With your extensive knowledge of CRE and banking, you will be responsible for managing existing relationships and developing new ones to expand the Bank’s portfolio. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator and negotiator, with a strong customer service focus and a commitment to delivering positive outcomes.To be considered for this position, you must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, and a minimum of two years of experience in banking, CRE, or a related field. You must also be able to demonstrate experience in sales and relationship management, and a proven track record in meeting and exceeding performance goals.
