Job Description

At Webster Bank, we are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Cybersecurity Engineering (IAM) professional to join our team. We are a leading financial institution with a mission to provide top-notch customer service and security.The ideal candidate for this position will have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in the field of Identity and Access Management (IAM). Additionally, the successful candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, be a strong team player and have excellent communication skills.In this role, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of our IAM systems and processes. You will also work closely with our internal IT and security teams to ensure the secure and efficient operation of our network and systems.
