Adds and checks payroll data and enters into computer. Maintains hauling payables book. Maintains maintenance and supply inventories. Assists in answering telephone. Cross-trained to fill in for billing clerks, receptionist, etc., as needed. Maintains all hauling payables, credit and adjustments, truckers’ vouchers and checks.
